Pam Cezayirli, president of JCMSA was invited to come on Good Day Alabama and cook with Janice Rogers.
They prepared a Summer Supper menu: Green Tomato Soup, Penne Pasta with Goat Cheese & Fresh Herbs, Peacharoon Freezer Pie.
In honor of our physicians' spouses, JCMSA members have published a cookbook, RAISING THE TORCH! A Salute to Birmingham's Southern Cuisine.
The collection of recipes is filled with whims and wisdom from southern cooks, old-fashioned cooking secrets, quick recipes, labors of love, and recipes from our physicians' spouses.
The purpose of Raising the Torch cookbook is to be a continuing fundraiser benefiting the JCMSA health projects.
$22.95 plus tax and postage/handling.
